Days off changed at work

I work in retail and for the past 2 years I have worked Wed, Thurs and Fri. A new manager has started and wants everyone working Saturdays (every other) and drop a day in the week.
Does anyone know how much notice they have to give staff before changing rotas?
Thanks

What does it say in your contract?

@Wavescrashingonthebeach I can't find it at the moment have just moved house and can't remember which box it is in.
I think it was 3 months. Would that be about right in other companies?

It will be whatever it says in your contract

As pp said it depends on your contract, my whole shift pattern can be changed with 2 weeks notice.

@Lejuge28

This is what worries me that it could be as little as 2 weeks notice

Was your workplace not open Saturdays previously? Why is the sudden change?

Some people like and choose to work Saturdays so best would be to discuss rather than force people.

Yes always opened on Saturdays. New manager want to change peoples hours without asking what days/times people are available to work. Its a case of don't like it you know where the door is.
