No pay rise but others have?

ill try keep this short. I’m a manager and myself and other managers have not had a pay rise and no answer to why we haven’t however, there are other members in the team ( a step down ) that have and we have worked out we are on pence more than them…pence! How is this logically ok? They are hourly paid…we are salarised

Could it be a rise in minimum wage. The gap between minimal wage jobs and professional jobs is getting smaller and smaller

They were already above minimum wage and gone even higher but ours have stayed the same
