Anyone work for Iceland?

I have an interview for an online order picker at Iceland.

Anyone know what the job is like? Anyone work for Iceland and tell me what it's like as a company ?

Someone told me that they offer you a low hours contract so that they don't have to offer you paid holiday/pension. And then make sure that you are rota'ed for far more hours than you signed up for. This was a couple of years ago so hopefully they've cleaned up their act now.

@mellicauli hmm, thanks for the heads up. I have no idea what it's like. I don't know anyone who works there but the contract for this job is only part time 10 hours a week or something and I'm not looking for full time so I'll ask about this at the interview. Thanks
