I've been in my industry nearly 30 years. Recently moved to a new post to go back to work FT now my DC are older. Have been in this new role for 4 months and 75% of the role/culture/people etc is awful and I'm at the stage where I know it is likely to improve. With the exception of a previous role I was in for 9 months which I took because the hours were suitable and flexible for DC this will only be my shortest role ever. Do I stick it out, it's a job after all or cut my losses knowing potentially it'll get worse? I know the danger is moving to something even worse, sometimes you just don't know do you. At 51 I could really do without this. What would you do?
