I work in a very sensitive sector of the economy in the UK. The drug and alcohol policy is ZERO.
Random medscreen test at anytime while on duty. Anyone positive = out straight away - no excuses.
I have been taking Shilajit resin for almost two months. I'm just worried is it illegal or legal to take shilajit. I pea size in plain hot water in the morning as soon as I wake up. I looked at the benefits of it before taking it and extend research myself about shilajit.
I did brought this matter to the managers at work and they did got in touch with people (via email) who deals alcohol and drugs test for new staff before they join.
The reply in the email was that it's safe to take shilajit resin.
I did drug test for myself to see.
Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated it. If I should keep taking Shilajit resin or should I stop given my nature of work.
