Hi

Im looking for a bit of advice. I’m trying to find some courses/further management training for NHS management. A lot of what I have looked at has the eligibility criteria having a clinical background.

Just wondering if anyone may be able to share any info or advice?

TIA.

Can you give some context? Are you already in a management post? What sort of level do you consider senior? What sort of thing are you looking for? Leadership? Or more practical things like change management, project management etc?

Exeter uni runs an apprenticeship that is covered by the government levy trusts receive (and struggle to spend so it often goes back to the government). It’s a post graduate diploma over 2 years in senior healthcare leadership. I’m loving it. Pm me if you want to know more. I started last September.

I should add, you can pay a top up at the end and submit a dissertation to make it a masters.
