I have a solid work history in health care of 30 years but over the last 3 years I've had two short lived roles one of 2 years the other 11 months. The jobs before that were all long term of 4+ years.

I am now in an awful job, only for 4 months (still in health care) with a bullying culture that I need to get out of, it is beginning to affect my wellbeing.I am 49, it gets harder and harder to go for interviews and this all impacts on my wellbeing but so does this work environment I am in. Help, WWYD? I am getting too old for this stress, I just want to be settled . Please be nice 🙏

Apply for new jobs, life's too short to be this stressed over job. Leave your current role off your CV.

I’m sending sympathy. Bullying culture seems really strong in healthcare right now. Keep an eye out for something that excites you, speak to your matron about sideways opportunities or even a step down a band. At 49 you have a huge amount of valuable experience, don’t forget that!
