I'm wondering if one or two of you might be able to word it better than I can - I'm essentially trying to describe gaslighting in a professional sense. For example if your manager tells you that something which is demonstrably difficult like moving and lifting boxes from one office to another isn't going to be difficult because you haven't tried it yet to 'know' it's going to be difficult
Or if you'd requested to be given specific time (in your working day) to complete project X, but you ended up having to complete it at home because your manager instructed you to do a completely different thing on the morning of your day to do project X then later says that you should have asked for time to complete it instead of taking it home
