One of my senior managers has some struggles and is caring for her partner, work are really supportive. I regularly check in with her and offer a supportive ear but the past couple of weeks during meetings I have felt like I couldn't do or say anything right, it has been really negative and draining, to the point this week where I really didn't want to face anyone. This has also been felt by others in the team. Morale in the team is low as we have no strategy or direction and any suggestions to improve are dismissed, despite colleagues agreeing that they are good ideas. Any ideas on what I can better..?
