I rent a beauty room in a nail bar / sunbed shop and a lady i do regular comes for waxing and fat dissolve I have done her face waxing at least 4 times she has it done last week and when I pulled tge strip it left a very small red mark I apologise and said no payment but she told me it was her fault she forgot to tell me she had filler and acid peel done a couple days before anyway we sorted out everything it was gone down end of story so I thought until she rang me drunk and told me I was all tge swear words going I didn't see ger till this week when she was due fat dissolve when she come to the shop I said to her I was uncomfortable doing her after all the abuse on the phone so she started to smash my things up in the room and screaming she would smash tge owners shop if we didn't pay for her last treatment I gave her the money back even though she had tge treatment 4 weeks ago but to stop her from embarrassing me and the shop owner but she kept coming in and out tge shop for a good hour screaming and threatening in the end I went out and dealt with it and she left but to my surprise I went to go nip in the shop on Friday to get some bits for a home client and she was sat there with tge shop owner all smiles laughing away like nothing happened getting her nails done and again she started abusing the lady who owns the shop is also a suppose to be really good friend of mine and I do alot for her .please help me I'm confused should she if barred her or am I wrong so confused amd very hurt .

Ban her and tell her if she ever makes a scene again you will call the police

That is what I thought would happen but the owner has let her back in doing her nails I am shocked as she wrecked my room and threatened her part of the shop feel like I have been made a fool like any one can come in and bully there way and the owner is OK with it .

Time to find another space.

That's awful! I would expect a friend and colleague to have my back in that sort of situation. She must be absolutely desperate for business if she's happy to do her nails etc after she destroyed property in her business. I would rent from someone else tbh. There's a lot wrong with this one

Sad part is she not desperate she very busy I just thought loyallty and work colleagues stuck together even if we weren't friendly why have her back to cause more problems I'm definitely gone now I though it was me but you guys put my mind at rest

I would ask her why she's let her in again after what she did

When you ask “should” she be barred, I am not sure if you mean this literally or not. Because obviously the owner has no obligation to ban them. But I would have thought most business owners would ban somebody that has behaved like that. I would speak to the owner about it and then start to look for alternative premises.

Was the owner there when she was raging around? Seems v strange she d let her in again

I have asked her she said she is a customer but if she behaves in this way again I will ban her from the shop yes the owner was there she threatened her aswell and said she would smash her part of the shop aswell as mine I was told to take it outside which I did I stood at the door for at least 20 minute's asking the woman to deal with it outside I only went back in when she went in my room and started throwing stuff around again I kept my cool as the owner asked me to she then said to the owner she would smash her things eventually after a good 40 minutes she said right I am calling tge police did the woman leave but kept walking past pointing in at us so I took it outside and said leave before things get to far she left .
Then she came back as I said on Friday when I wasn't there but I nipped in to grab something and she started again tge owner again said take it outside I just got my stuff and left .
