MOJ Job offer

I wondered if anyone had any advice please?

I have been offered a role in the MOJ as a probation services officer.
The thing is 3 weeks ago they contacted me asking for further details re address history and criminal record check and I have heard nothing since.

The thing is I would love this job and worry that a mistake I made when I was 17 (theft from employer) over 20 years ago now and no conviction only a reprimand will prevent me from getting this role?

I know it is enhanced level 2 checks but does anyone know if this will affect the offer and how long will it take to hear back?

@Foreverfrustrated97 Hi there . In your case how did you request an update? Was it through email. Mine has already been 6 weeks . Spoke to then on chat where they said its still going through pre employment checks and no further update is possible and it varies case by case basis. I am so nervous i can even explain .

@Foreverfrustrated97 congratulations, I have also been offered the role , uploaded my id for the Idvt check, I haven’t heard anything from them
I haven’t even been told to fill questionnaire nothing
How long did yours take after uploading id for them to request further action about your addresses and criminal convictions.
