How am I supposed to work out this wage?!

It's a school job at £21293 FTE but working 28.75 hours term time only. I'm not sure if FT is 37 or 37.5?

Annual leave allowance is 27 days not sure if that includes bank Holidays or not? I know with term time only jobs you factor in annual leave. So it's what, 39 weeks a year + annual leave.

If I get the job, I'm obviously going to be starting later in the year.. Maybe beginning of May but not sure. So that'll change the annual leave allowance I guess?

How do I go working out what the actual salary is? It's also fixed term until Dec 23.

Ask them.

You can get an approximation yourself by working out 28.75/37 x salary but you need to ask them to be certain.

Or you could ask them about these details before you accept any job offer

Sorry - because I do not know if the salary is already adjusted for term time only or not? I was assuming it was adjusted. If not you need to do a further adjustment to get the amount for 39/40 weeks instead of 52.
