Hi, I have an interview for a Band 7 Communications role that I' really want. I used to work in the NHS but left last year whilst really ill but I'm desperate to get back into the NHS. I was in a coma before Christmas and currently work for a charity which I really hate. I have done a few interviews but failed them through lack of proper preparation and focus. I've totally lost my identity and I am desperate to get some semblance of me back before it's too late.
I've had to do a presentation which I have already submitted in advance but I also have to do a written test whilst I'm there ahead of the interview - struggling to know what that maybe, it's up to an hour test so I'm thinking perhaps a PR and Communications plan for it. Or turning a PR into some internal comms for staff. Any ideas? Do you have any tips at all on how to get through the interview questions? I guess it will be down to competency questions that link with the Person Spec
Any help at all will be gratefully received and much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance!
