Civil service website - can’t see what I’ve applied for

Hi all, applied for a few jobs with CS. When I click the part that says ‘my applications’ there is nothing there. I applied a few weeks ago but nothing is there. Does anyone know why?

Did you get any confirmation emails when you applied?

cheesywotsit62 · 13/04/2023 14:10

Yes - I’ve had confirmation from ‘Reed Talent Solutions’? No idea who they are

Sounds like you've applied through an agency rather than direct? I'm not sure in that case whether or when your application would show up on your CS account.

I think that makes sense. I’m new to this but the job was with the uk health security agency. It did take me to their own webpage to apply so maybe that’s why?

Yes that'll be because they're using Reed, it's an awful application, but a smooth process; they're very responsive to questions and are quick with results and feedback, so a nice change from CS recruitment!

That’s good! Is there any way to see the status of my application do you know?

I don't believe so, also didn't get scores for three application sadly, but you will get interview feedback if you progress to that stage.
