handing in notice

Hi all I need some moral support, I'm handing in my notice tomorrow. I currently work for a small company - Father & Son company. It's just us 3 in the office, I expect fireworks when I tell them tomorrow. Has anyone been in this position before?

I've handed in my notice at a small company before but not as small as yours! Smaller companies are always more stressful to hand your notice into as you're more of a backbone than you would be if it was a huge corporate company.

I would just be polite and courteous. Just explain why you're leaving, show gratitude for what they've offered you, and keep it civil. Always leave on good terms because you never know what could happen in the future.

Have you worked there for long? Could they replace you easily?

Why would they let off fireworks because you are leaving?

Either way they should probably let them off at night rather than the day. You will be able to c them better
