Job Hopping

I'd like some opinions please on job hopping from you all please. I have been in my current role 2 months and can see it is a bullying and horrible place to be. These jobs are all NMW wage jobs in the NHS for 19 years.

So far I am keeping my head down till I can find something else. I have 3 DC so for 14 years all of my jobs have been to fit around my DC as this is what is important to me but as a result I have had endured some awful jobs over that time just because they offer flexibility/PT/close to home etc.

1st job: 10 years
2nd job: 6 years
3rd job: 4 years
5th job: 6 years
6th job: 2 years
7th job: 11 months and now my current job. Do I look like a job hopper because of my last short stint?

Not especially, depending on how you explain it and what you do next. You're clearly not a career job hopper, most places you've stayed a while.

If they did ask could you just dress it up a bit and explain that there were potentially upcoming possible changes to hours that would conflict with caring responsibilities and whilst you appreciate service
provisions change and do try to be flexible when possible you couldn’t commit regularly to the hours needed and it’s led you to look for something more stable hours wise that you can be committed too.
