Following up after interview

I had an interview last Monday but haven’t heard anything since….. what are everyone’s thoughts about following up? It’s important as I now have another offer on the table

Call them and explain you have another offer - ask for them to let you know if you have it by the end of the day. One week is plenty of time for a response.
