So, 4 months in to first role back after a long break from the 'real world' and I'm starting to get niggles about my job. Im in PR. Here's the list of pros and cons- what would you do??

Pros
Easy commute, good work pattern (4days, hybrid)
Relatively low expectations of standard of work / outcomes
As a result the actual work is easy..v little stress
Nice senior team, no bitchiness
Flexibility - which I will likely need to use in future as DM has cancer

Cons
Don't think owner of company likes/gets me
Junior team dreadful & therefore I'm doing lots of low level frustrating work
Clients have low expectations/ aren't inspiring to work for
Office is middle of nowhere and pretty depressing inside
Not a lot of opportunity to build social friendships inside or outside of work - everyone is head down
Most of the work is routine and doesn't excite me

Aware there are more cons, but also that they are less important in nature than the pros. I'm mid 40s with family so whilst I want the excitement and satisfaction of working with bright inspiring people, I don't want the long hours & stress that sometimes come with that..
what would you do?

What's the pay like when considering your pros and cons and what you need?

Reckon I could get same pay bracket wherever I go on to..

Can you stick it out for a year to get some recent experience on your CV?
