I'm not sure if I'm having a midlife crisis at this point so looking for some advice.
Since I returned to work from maternity leave it just hasn't felt the same. I work part time, have great work/life balance. Have flexibility within my role, paid well.. so on paper it ticks all the boxes. Somehow I just don't feel happy or motivated. I don't dread going to work but I'm just not sure if I should grin and bear it given it suits my family, or if I should move on.
Did anyone else feel like this when returning back to work?

Totally normal- work for many just becomes a means to an end. But as with all stages ot parenting it changes it evolves, when your child hits a terrible 2/3 or 4 stage the break can be nice. Like you said you recognise your lucky position and flexibility- it gets better!

Look for a new job.

@MajorCarolDanvers I'm not sure it's as easy as that unfortunately. The job I'm in is well paid so I feel like it's a huge risk if I leave
