Chatting to someone I know who works in the NHS, one of the reasons for the backlog etc appears to be that the NHS is massively in need of being modernised. Nurses and doctors still using pen and paper and not sharing records because there's no digital way of doing things. Is this true? Those who work in the NHS, how much of an issue is tech as a barrier to what you do?
