I am in a Band 5 administrative post and have been shortlisted for a Band 7 Business manager/project manager role and feeling real imposter syndrome atm!
I have 3 days to prepare for my interview and nerves are kicking in. My interview for my current post was more based on personality and fit and I was interviewed very quickly.
It's been a very long time since I have had a proper interview and feeling very nervous.
I am worried about it being apparent it is a huge jump in banding/responsibilities.
Just looking for some words of wisdom really and interview tips and hints.
