As the title says, I'm a disabled mum (have multiple chronic pain and fatigue conditions) and I work full time. I'm the manager of a small retail store. Doing 40 hours a week and being a parent to a toddler is really taking its toll on me plus leaves me with little family time. Is there any laws that say a disabled person can work less hours as management? I've asked my boss if I can at least do alternative weeks of 4 and 5 days (so one week do 4 days, the next 5 etc) but they have said they can't due to my contract saying I have to do 40 hours. I love my job but this routine is tough!
