I’ve recently submitted a job application which required references before interview (university post). I’m writing to ask what questions are typically asked of current employer referees? My boss gave me a terrible appraisal and said that an episode of ill health (2 seizures, neither required more than 2 days absence) negatively affected the business as deadlines were missed. I have a PTSD diagnosis if that helps and the seizures were PTSD induced. Could he tell this to my future employer? Thanks
