So I’ve only been in my admin band 2 job for 2 months, however this morning my manager asked me if I will be applying for the upcoming band 3 position as someone has recently handed their notice in and the role is due to be advertised within days.
i was pleased she asked as although initially I may not have applied I think now I might - the manager must think I’m doing an ok job to bring it up with me and also it may be good experience to have a band 3 interview if I was successful when applying to be shortlisted.
my question is - does anyone have any idea of band 3 nhs interview questions?
What do they look for in applications and interviews that’s different from band 2?
just trying to prepare myself, find out a bit more about band 3 admin roles/interviews and then make the decision if it’s for me :)
