I’m a huffer and puffer when I’m stressed or busy at work!
It’s never been raised in feedback, but it’s something I am aware of and want to stop doing.
For example, if my computer isn’t working well I might (quietly) say “oh for gods sake” or if I get an email with an outlandish request I might say “what?” or sigh.
Obviously I just need to stop doing it. Has anyone else trained themselves out of reactions like this?
I think overall I am quite a reactive person. If I’m pleased about something I’ll be quick to express it too.
