My mental health has been suffering due to my employers adding more work onto me. It’s making me feel very uncomfortable and I don’t want to do it.
I’m calling in sick shortly, do I need to reveal its work related? Will they ask?
I plan to self certificate for a week then go back to see my GP. I have expressed I don’t wish to take on any more work.
