My supervisor's old job is being advertised. I used to cover her while on annual leave. It is a pressurised job. Some deadlines are not negotiable as there can't be delays as it will be lost revenue from customers if they start later. The job description does not mention councillor enquiries which multiple enquiries need to be answered a day and respond to customer complaints is not mentioned. If these are big parts of the job why are they not mentioned? I feel they are trying to dupe people.
