Funding to career change into nhs wales

I’m thinking of career changing (I’m currently a maths teacher with 15 years experience)

Ive always thought I should work for nhs, something like a radiographer or physicians associate.

I have kids and mortgage (currently earn 42k) so can’t just do a degree with no salary/funding.

Does anyone know of a good entry route?

I am also based in wales so may be less opportunities here!

I know that for some positions some nhs trusts are creating apprenticeships, which wouldn't match your current earnings but isn't too badly paid as apprenticeships go. Just a case of keeping an eye out!
