I'm thinking of applying for a position as a children's SALT Support Worker within the NHS. I have lots of experience working in nursery schools so it would be a change in direction, albeit in a similar area.
Does anyone have any experience of doing this? I've been talking to the one who visits my place of work and she seems very positive about it.
How do you find the travelling around the different schools, and completing the SALT clinics? Do you find any flexibility in the role during the day?
