Civil service job - job share

How does it work please?

The role is advertised as full time, with "flexible working and compressed hours available".

It also says "requests for flexible working, compressed hours or job share will be considered".

I only want to work part time, so job share would suit me.

What happens if no other applicant wants job share?

What grade/area of work is it? There should be a contact at the bottom of the job description (although I've seen them with no info).
