I feel like I get treated differently as i'm a part time worker and the only mum in the office.
I'm never late or off sick and have child care always sorted but I feel like I get treated differently as my boss is always saying to me you wouldn't get part time on the salary you get anywhere else. My pay increases each year are always the lowest % last year she even told me I got a low increase as I went part time and I should look at that as my bouns as no one else does it. I work hold but i'm always gaslighted and if I do leave she has got in my head now I won't get another job and I have a family to support. not sure what I can do it's just making me so unhappy.
