How to phrase this

Oh wise mumnetters, I need your help as I have a complete brain freeze.
I perform a task 100+ times a day, that requires 18 mouse clicks each time. It's something similar to clicking "yes"on a questionnaire 18 times.
It's driving me crazy, so I am sending a request to the IT department, to investigate a more efficient approach.
How can I professionally describe 18 clicks?
I'm thinking of describing 18 entry points, but it doesn't sound good.
I would appreciate any suggestions please?

@minipie Thanks for the reassurance. I thought it might sound too casual/informal

18 clicks is the correct way to put it. It sounds as if you need them to set up a macro shortcut, which can be quite straightforward.

@Brainfreeze23 If you can do a process map (flow chart) showing each decision point (mouse click). This is an ‘as is’ process map and helps make them visualise the process.
