I want a job that pays well but not sales - help

Hiya,
Currently looking for a job where I could work from home and earn at least my current salary (£40K) which is flexible around kids. I'd love to earn more, of course! I don't mind tedious and boring. I've had a very hectic and stressful career as a paramedic.
I am currently a training officer Paramedic. I train paramedics and other health care professionals in clinical skills. Been a paramedic for 15+ years. Quite like my job but no flexibility (courses run on specific times and days) and no potential to earn more without applying for a managerial job which is rare.
I have a degree BSc 2:1 in Psychology and am a registered paramedic. Looking for inspiration please. Thanks

@Holistichealingtherapies Yeah right, I'm sure this highly experienced paramedic skittles jump at the chance of a career change to a shitty MLM. Behave yourself.

Have you looked at out of hours providers for GP services, some of the clinical staff can work remotely. Also some clinical support desk clinicians work remotely and you would still have NHS terms and conditions
