We have a fixed shower (with overhead fixed shower outlet and waist height controller)
We would like to put a hand held shower and new controller in
We would like the outlet for the hand held shower to use the fixed shower outlet piping - so that the shower hose comes out at head height - we realise this will look strange but we are not going to worry about what it looks like
Please could you explain if this will work and if not, then why not please?
All of the pipes are behind the tiles so don't want to go to the expense of removing them all etc
The shower we have at the moment is a MIRA EXCEL BIR 1.1586307 and the one we want to put in is a MIRA ADEPT ECO BIN 1.1736.423
It doesn't really matter which shower we put in as a replacement but this was just an example
