Hi ladies, just looking for some opinions.
I'm a nurse and have worked in a clinic for 10 years with absolutely no complaints from my superiors (apart from being told off once by my boss when I went through a period of lateness - fair enough).
About a year ago a new supervisor started (middle management). She seemed nice at first but after a while she started picking up on things about me. I had my first ever negative appraisal (a written one) with the complaints relating to things that happened while I've been on duty with her. I've caught her making negative comments about me behind my back and last week she told me off for having a crushed uniform - this is something that's never been mentioned in my 10 years of
Working there!
IMO I don't think she's all that great at her job but have never voiced this to anyone. My boss and other supervisor has never had any issue with me.
I know she has had words with other nurses in the team so im unsure if she's just nit picky to everybody or just me in particular.
This is making for an uncomfortable atmosphere when im on with her.
How should I handle her?
