I started a new job in the new year and work Tues/ Wed I work Monday, Thursday, Friday somewhere else. I’m still in probation period but because of school strikes it’s looking like I can’t go to work for three weeks and that’s after a week off for half term.

Ex is not being helpful. Usual holiday clubs etc not running. Just feeling a bit stuffed tbh. What happens if I got fired for poor attendance, would UC sanction me or would they take reasons for absence into account?
