At interview maths test

Hello,

I have a TA interview for HLTA position.

I have to take a maths test. Any ideas on the level?

I would ask the school what level it is at so that you hear it from them. I don’t think it is an unreasonable question to ask. As a teacher I have to teach as well as interview and I always ask questions to clarify things. Hope it goes well!

Is it for a primary or secondary position? If it's primary, I would imagine Y6 SATs level so maybe google some past papers for an idea of what you could be asked to do.

I'm not much help with secondary I'm afraid!!

These are nearly always an old SATs paper.
So basic arithmetic and a few 2 or 3 step word problems.
