Communication assessment interview...

I have an interview next week for a Civil Service role. My invitation to interview states I will also sit a 30 minute communication assessment. Has anyone ever done this before and know what it entails? Any tips?

Alternatively, does anyone know of any apps to work on my communication skills please?

Have no civil service experience but would recommend finding out and practising 'active listening' - it's the best comms skill I have ever learnt

I agree active listening, but also be prepared to challenge. Without knowing the role it could be how you deal with a difficult customer or if a colleague says something inappropriate.
