Tutoring agency

I’ve seen this mentioned on another thread. I’ve found one website that is legit but loads of others are scams. Can anyone recommend any websites / agencies that link tutors to students?

How do you mean? I've seen a lot of recommendations for TutorHunt? But I've no personal experience of it myself. We use a company that has lots of different tutors who all have their own areas of expertise but they're not an 'agency' as the company have trained them up themselves. Our two kids did an assessment and then from there were matched with who they thought they'd get on with the best. It also gave us much more peace of mind as they're employed so anyone who isn't any good would get fired I guess, whereas the local 'agency' we used last year was very hit and miss
