I am wondering if I can get ESA as my SSP finished on the 31/1/23 (I have sick note till the 29/2/23)
And I started a new job on 8/2/23

Can I be paid ESA for the 1week btw 31/1/23 and 7/2/23?

Do you already claim? I don't think you can make new claims for ESA.

You can make still make claims for ESA. It’s called New Style ESA and is contribution based only.
