How do I check internet speed at home?

I have a potential new employer asking my internet speed at home. Anyone know how I find this out?

Use Ookla. www.speedtest.net/

Go to speedtest.net. ideally on a machine that's directly connected to the router via a cable.

If it’s not great check if you can get full fibre www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband by losing our battery used landline we’ve got 5x faster internet for no extra cost.
