Menopausal Nightshift Workers UK

I am currently a 4th year University of Stirling student studying Human Resource Management and I would really appreciate if yourself and other members of staff could fill out my survey, with the possibility of a follow-up Microsoft Teams
audio interview. The anonymity of the participants will be ensured .The aim of the research is to evaluate the experiences of women employed on a night-shift basis in respect of issues related to menopause and their working lives. There is no research into the work organisation and the working environment of the
menopausal night-shift worker in the hospitality industry. Thus, first-hand accounts and insights will prove vital importance for my research. Participants must:
• Currently be experiencing menopause.
• Be employed in the hospitality industry.
• Work night shifts (at least 3 hours between 11pm to 6am).
Thank you so much for your time and consideration. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email. The link for the survey is attached below:

Why only hospitality?

your biggest pool of night shift workers will be emergency services, nhs, ambulance, police etc.

out of interest what is the purpose of your study? What’s your hypothesis? What are your aims?

title of your thesis? Any indication of why you want this information?

I'm interested to know the aim of the research

When I did hospitality nightshifts, it was mostly younger people - I was also a lot younger. In terms of leisure, I haven't noticed late opening bars having many staff in that age group either. But I am very much a homebody now, so interested to hear about this. I guess there will be a lot of bar managers who aren't involved in FOH so much?
