I got an interview....a bit of a ramble.

So I did a previous thread about job hopping, I'm in my second role within a year but have applied for a new role and got an interview which is next week!!! I thought role hopping would put them off.

I know they will ask at interview why I've moved around twice already in the past year which makes me nervous! How can I get round this without coming across negative?

The 1st role I can easily cover but my current one is the sticking point. It's not hate my life awful by any means, but it's just not "Bells and Whistles" great I thought it was! I am still uncertain about things that I'd know or be able to find out easily if it were my previous job...by looking on the intranet for example.

The people I work with are great and lovely, they just don't really have the "time" for properly training me as such with certain tasks and job activities, it's a bit slapdash.

The role I have applied for has a better pay and benefits package whereas at the mo, it's statutory everything. I do know they'd be gutted if I left and I'd be sad too but my DH said that I need to think about me, what support and environment I need to develop.

Back to my question....how do I word my job hopping if asked!! And if I do get it what do I say to my current employer!
