Struggling again with work issues..

However much I ask for help with queries I never seem to get anywhere.

Im desperate for time off, anxiety is too much now. My chest is hurting so very much. OH not very understanding but it’s different when it’s him struggling.

Im going to the doctors tomorrow and he may sign me off but does work need to know it’s stress related or not?

Meant to add; They know I am struggling already as I’m always asking for assistance. They change processes and it’s me left to do it. So stressed I can’t breathe sometimes. Management are crap.

Be honest with work and tell them you have severe anxiety. Call the doctors asap and get them to sign you off. They should do this no problem.

Yeah they will want to know plus the doctor usually writes it on your fit note. They may ask if it's personal stree or wirk related stress. This is to ensure that they support you in the right way
