I see this role is currently being advertised, can anyone give an insight to what working in this role is like. I've had a look on Glassdoor - seems to be mixed reviews. The advert mentions hybrid working but I was under the impression a large part of the role involves face to face interviews so I'm wondering how this would work.

Hi, I’m currently an EO in the Home Office and was previously an Asylum Decision maker- case owner.
It’s a challenging , interesting role.
You may or may not be conducting the interviews yourself, it depends on what casework area you will be working in.
If you are interviewing, then you will be given a schedule which you will plan your days in the office around.
Hope and his answers your question.

I've been invited to the online assessment centre - has anyone done this yet?

I'm under no illusion it'll be a tricky role, but hoping it provides some good experience!
