Hi all, just need some advice please. My employer was sent an ET3 form from tribunal as she didn’t pay my wages/commission/sick pay. There has been no response from her end and the deadline was 31.1.23. Does anyone know what happens next? I don’t understand my employer just pay what you owe. I’m financially struggling and on top of this whole situation I get an email from Nest pension that they’ve been trying to get in contact with my employer because she didn’t contribute nothing since I started 😩
