I work in data, part-time, term-time only and I love all about it, but I would like to challenge myself and earn more. I have started studying coding thinking that it could be something to do from home, outside of my working hours. However, the more I look at what's out there the more I realise that there are only full-time opportunities and freelancing is only possible with significant experience. Before I invest in a bootcamp, just wanted to hear from people in the industry what are my options as a junior dev while keeping my current job.
