I have been working in an NHS Trust for the past 5 years. Recently I came across a role I am interested in, which is at NHS Professionals HQ. Has anyone worked in NHSP HQ to give any insights please? As we live in difficult times, I value job security which my current role provides. I read that NHSP is a private company, but fully owned by the Dept. of Health and Social Care. Does it provide the same job security as working in a Trust? I am somewhat undecided whether to apply for the role because of this, so any insights you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
