I currently purchase childcare vouchers from work. How does this work whilst on SMP? The .gov website says tax/NI is deducted from SMP but if childcare vouchers are too (and my pension) I will be in a minus amount every month. Should I cancel them and reduce my pension contributions?! Thank you
