KPI ideas?

I've been asked by my director for fun KPI/incentives for staff for a trip abroad in the summer,

It isn't to be solely on sales,

I'm thinking to split it into mental/physical/work?

Maybe,

• The most amount of steps in 1 month
• Who can get the most amount of google reviews?

Can you think of any good/fun ideas?

Steps isn’t something that I would be incentivising for on a KPI. You’re not being inclusive if a colleague is unable to do much walking etc.

Google reviews sounds good - builds some competition amongst the team for sure.

Without knowing what your job/sector is, I couldn’t possibly advise further.
